Keep it clean : Wipe the leather portions of your chair with a damp cloth periodically, especially after sitting on it during warm days.
Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can damage PU leather and lead to creaking.
Prevent abuse: Even the most durable chairs require proper care. Avoid impacts, drops, and keep sharp objects away from your chair.
Avoid liquids: Liquids can be harmful to PU leather or fabric. Instead, use a microfiber cloth for regular wiping to maintain cleanliness.
Remember, good aftercare is crucial for maintaining the original look and feel of your Blade Lab chair.
While our chairs are known for their durability, it is important to handle them with care. To ensure their long-lasting performance, it is advisable to keep them away from pets, sharp objects, impacts, and unintended usage. By doing so, you can enjoy your chairs for years to come.
The warranty covers the following:
1. Incomplete set of parts after receiving the product.
2. Any defect(s) of the product after receiving.
3. Significant defect(s) of mechanical part(s) such as hydraulics, recline mechanism, and tilt mechanism.
4. For our smart desk - malfunction in lifting motor.
1. Warranty is effective on the date of delivery.
2. Notify us through contact our customer services team and provide any relevant images and videos within 7 days from the date of detecting defects.
2. For new unit(s), please notify us before assembly. Once assembly is complete, the warranty will not cover physical damage(s).
3. Any repaired or replaced part(s) will be covered for the remaining warranty period.
1. Normal wear and tear of leather.
2. Damage (s) on the chair’s nylon/metal base or PU wheels
3. Damage (s) on armrests, such as breaking
4. Physical damage(s) on any parts of the chair (except upon arrival)
5. Natural disaster, including but not limited to fire, flood, or property collapse.
6. Damage(s) resulting from alteration and modification
7. Damage (s) caused by self-assembly or improper assembly, or usage that derives from the Guided User Manual.
8. Expenses for return delivery for inspection and replacement.
