Warranty Period

Blade Lab provides a Limited Warranty covering major mechanical components to ensure the core functionality and performance of our products.

Ergonomic Chairs：2-Year Limited Warranty

Covers: Hydraulic Gas Lift · Recline Mechanism · Tilt Mechanism

Smart Desks：3-Year Limited Warranty
Covers: Lifting Motor · Control System

Please Note:

Warranty coverage applies only to the major mechanical components listed above. The warranty period does not mean all product parts are covered.

Warranty Coverage

Issues Upon Delivery​

For new products, customers are advised to inspect all components upon delivery.

​

Blade Lab provides support for issues reported within 7 days after delivery, including:

  • Missing or incomplete parts;

  • Manufacturing defects identified upon arrival;

  • Delivery-related damage reported before assembly.

 

Photos or videos are required for verification.

After Assembly & Normal Use

After assembly and normal use, warranty coverage applies only to the major mechanical components listed above. 

Non-Mechanical Parts

After assembly and normal use, the following parts are not covered under the Mechanical Warranty:

  • Headrest

  • Armrests

  • Mesh

  • Upholstery

  • Seat Cushion

  • Wheelbase

  • Casters

  • Other non-mechanical or consumable parts

Please inspect these components upon delivery. Any issue must be reported within 7 days after delivery for verification.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Cosmetic changes caused by usage;

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, or external force;

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or modification;

  • Damage caused by water, fire, or natural disasters.

Warranty Conditions

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days after delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • Customers should inspect the product and all components before assembly.

  • Blade Lab may request photos, videos, or additional information for warranty assessment.

  • Replacement or repaired parts will follow the remaining original warranty period.

Our Warranty Principle

Our warranty focuses on the core functional performance of the product after assembly.

​Once the product is assembled and in normal use, warranty coverage applies only to the major mechanical components that affect the product’s function and safety.
