How long does it take to deliver?
For West Malaysia, delivery is usually next working day after parcel has been shipped out, but please allow another additional day in case of delay (3-5 working days). For East Malaysia, delivery takes 5-14 working days. Courier working days are from Monday - Saturday, while it is off on Sunday. For pre-order items, please refer to the expected date stated in the product listing.
Is same-day delivery service available?
Yes, same-day delivery service is available in Melaka. You can select and confirm this service during the checkout process.
How to trace my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your email once we have shipped it out which includes the link where you may trace your order.
