Our Warranty Principle
Our warranty focuses on the core functional performance of the product after assembly.
Once the product is fully assembled and in use, coverage applies only to major mechanical components that affect functionality and safety.
What Is Not Covered
To ensure fairness and product integrity, the following are not covered under warranty:
• Armrests, mesh, upholstery, seat cushions, headrests
• Wheelbases, casters, and other non-mechanical or consumable parts
• Normal wear and tear, including fabric aging, mesh loosening, discoloration, or cosmetic changes
• Damage caused after delivery due to usage, impact, or external force
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or abnormal use conditions
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to follow instructions
• Damage caused by accidents, water, fire, or natural disasters
